Blade Inspection and Repair Training

The OPS bespoke, accredited blade-training centre is unique in the industry and consists of:

  • 2 full 12-metre rotor blades
  • 1 vertically mounted 5-metre tip section
  • Self-contained composite workshop

This new facility allows OPS technicians, current and future, to further develop their inspection and repair skills while enhancing their knowledge, offering unparalleled levels of customer service, with a robust solution to blade maintenance, resulting in cost savings for both the project and the O&M function.

The blade training centre is supported by our IRATA accredited rope-access training facility, providing rope-access training solutions to a wider audience including construction, rigging and agriculture as well as the emergency services.
